Shipping and payments

If you have chosen to receive the item(s) in store, the item(s) are available for immediate pickup, unless the item(s) are on back order. The item(s) are only available for collection after confirmation, unless you have been contacted by a manager and have agreed otherwise. We will notify you about the receipt of the product by e-mail or SMS. We look forward to receiving your order within 7 calendar days. After these deadlines, the order will be cancelled.

To receive the order, you must have an identity document and the order number with you. If your order will be received by another person, when completing the order, indicate them as the recipient. And if the buyer is a legal entity, a power of attorney must be present.

The "Venipak" courier will deliver the product(s) to your specified address. We want to ensure that the goods will be delivered promptly, so we ask you to specify additional data in the information field that can facilitate the delivery of the goods
Price fluctuation depends on weight and delivery region.

Cash or Bank Card

For your convenience, we offer payment for goods in cash or by bank card. By choosing one of these payment methods, you will be able to pay for your order upon receiving the goods at the EUROFLIZES.LV store at Lubānas Street 78, Riga.

Payment Card, Apple Pay and Online Banking

At the EUROFLIZES.LV online store, it is currently possible to pay using the online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and Citadele banks.

How to pay for an order via online banking:

Place your order and in the “Payment Method” section select your online bank.

EUROFLIZES.LV will redirect you to your online banking page and transfer the information about the amount that needs to be paid to the online banking system.

Log in to your online banking page as usual. An invoice for the selected goods will already be prepared in the system. You only need to confirm the payment. After confirming the payment, click the “Return to Service Provider” button and you will be redirected back to EUROFLIZES.LV.

The maximum amount for one order is €2000. If you choose to pay for your order with a bank payment card, please check your bank card daily payment limits before making the payment.

Our online store offers the possibility to use Citadele Klix leasing for installment purchases. Klix Pay Later provides visitors of physical and online stores with the opportunity to make a purchase today and pay for it later.

When making a purchase and selecting Klix Pay Later, visitors of physical or online stores will have the opportunity to receive offers from Klix partner lenders, compare them, choose the most suitable offer, and remotely sign a loan agreement for purchasing goods in installments.

WHO CAN PURCHASE GOODS USING A LOAN?

• Any permanent resident of Latvia can purchase goods using a loan;
• The borrower must have regular official monthly income;
• Borrower age: from 18 to 80 years;
• Loan amount: from EUR 50 to EUR 7000;
• Loan term: from 1 to 36 months;
• For purchases starting from EUR 1400, a first payment of 10% is required;
• A qualified Smart-ID or AS Citadele online banking access, as well as a passport or ID card, is required for registration;

To ensure responsible shopping, we limit borrowing through Klix Pay Later to no more than EUR 7000 per person within the last 30 days. More information about the installment payment system can be found in the Leasing section.
