CERESIT® CE 89 is used for the installation and grouting of chemically resistant wall and floor tiles in indoor and outdoor areas with joint widths between 1 and 15 mm (e.g.: floor and wall tiles in general residential, public and industrial areas; floor and wall tiles in bathrooms and showers, swimming pools, hot or salt water tanks, spas and steam baths; heated floors; kitchen countertops; terraces and balconies; permitted for contact with drinking water and for use in the food industry. Suitable for use in areas where surfaces are exposed to aggressive chemicals (see chemical resistance table), e.g. in dairies, slaughterhouses, fermentation rooms and the food industry. It is also recommended for grouting surfaces in swimming pools and tanks containing hot or salt water, spas and steam baths.
