The preparation CERESIT® CT 17 is intended for priming substrates both in exterior and interior works of buildings before fixing ceramic tiles, pouring floors, puttying, painting or fixing thermal insulation boards. Substrates primed with CERESIT CT 17 (all types of plasters, concrete, monolithic floors) have a lower absorption capacity, which prevents excessively rapid drying of adhesive mortars, floors, putty or paint.
